As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and a Florida Bar member, Christina St.Clair, Esquire can provide mediation services for attorney-referred clients or pro-se litigants who do not have legal representation. Ms. St.Clair’s goal is to find clarity in any dispute. She is dedicated to helping clients reach a speedy resolution and keeping individuals out of court – to save them time and money.
Given Ms. St.Clair’s more than 20 years as a marriage and family therapist, a clinical social worker, and a certified substance abuse counselor, her mediation services are well respected and sought after for the most difficult and high-conflict cases. As a family and child advocate for so many years, she offers a unique perspective of compassion and empathy balanced with expertise in human behavior, dispute resolution, mediation, and the law.
Christina St.Clair was admitted to the Florida Bar after being awarded a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. St.Clair also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Clinical Services for Children and Family Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Maryland College. In addition to her formal education, she is independently licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Christina is certified as a Master’s Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP), a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, and a Parenting Coordinator in multiple judicial circuits. She understands how family and personal issues get in the way of living your best life. Life stressors, such as separations, divorce, child custody disputes, domestic violence, or relocation with children, can be difficult to manage. Her academic career, blended with a successful Family Law practice, allows for a unique perspective as a value-added benefit to her clients.
